We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our success team at FunnelEnvy. As a key point of contact for our CRO clients, you will help lead recurring client calls, manage client expectations, and drive the success of ongoing experiments and programs. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple projects, working with internal teams, and delivering high-quality results in a remote, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for CRO customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing pipeline updates, progress reports, and analysis of ongoing experiments.
  • Provide ad-hoc asynchronous updates to clients, ensuring that they are informed and aligned on project timelines and progress.
  • Liaise with internal development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Conversion Optimization and web analytics methodologies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc).
  • Experience with the B2B Demand Gen Funnel.
  • Experience crafting compelling narratives from data.
  • Proven experience coordinating projects or agency services with enterprise clients.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and positive, with the ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in a remote environment. Ability to work closely with clients and internal teams across different time zones.
  • Genuine interest in SaaS, B2B, and technology.

This is a customer facing role which requires significant overlap with the US / North American working time zones.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience managing marketing agency enterprise clients. You have experience with delivering project plans & status updates, identifying risks and setting clear expectations. You’re also familiar with conversion optimization and the inbound lead & demand generation funnel.

In this role you’ll be working with our customer success and strategy teams and will be responsible for:

We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics & Operations Consultant to work directly with our customers and success team by instrumenting web & customer journey analytics, reviewing and presenting experiment results and maintaining analytics dashboards.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in implementing and managing website analytics and some experience with major marketing automation platforms. You have experience with A/B testing, along with presenting & interpreting quantitative experiment results to stakeholders. You’re also willing and able to own and improve the customer dashboards and reporting process.

In this role you’ll be working with our customer success and strategy teams and will be responsible for:

  • Compiling and preparing experiments results including insights and recommendations from the strategy team on an ongoing basis.
  • Presenting and interpreting results over email / slack and on customer calls.

Key competencies to be successful at this position

  • 2+ years of experience successfully driving demand generation campaigns and programs, ideally for an enterprise software startup.
    Experience efficiently and effectively managing multiple campaigns across multiple marketing platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google Ads, Adroll, etc).
  • Experience managing and executing on a brand’s content strategy including content for the website, blog (own/industry), and social media accounts.
  • Takes a data driven approach to marketing campaigns with an ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful ROI conclusions from it.
  • Ability to research and identify top prospects in a market and use the latest discovery and data enrichment tools to create targeted prospect lists.
