The original process required prospects to fill out a HubSpot calendar widget, creating higher friction and resulting in inefficient lead capture.
Visitors often encounter a calendar immediately upon landing, which can be perceived as too demanding or premature, leading to higher bounce and exit rates.
The lack of captured prospect information, including specific pain points and goals, made initial sales calls less effective due to a lack of clear understanding of what prospects need from the outset.

To address these challenges, FunnelEnvy implemented a multi-step custom form leveraging best practices in lead generation.
